We had an extremely good experience during our stay at SOMERSET HOA BINH. The staff at reception was also very cooperative and professional. They helped us with all our queries regarding our sojourn in Hanoi. I would like to make a special mention of Jackie Long from their team who provided us excellent logistical support for our to and fro commute between Hanoi and Sapa (a 6 hour drive) - which we requested at a very short notice. He made all the arrangements in accordance with our requirements. It is commendable that he was regularly checking with us during our journey across two days. Very happy with the hotel and its team.

Highly recommend this hotel. After leaving our passports on another flight we got stuck in Hanoi and stayed at this hotel. We were overwhelmed and panicked about our passports but received help from Lily (day shift) and Danny (night shift) at the front desk who went above and beyond to help us retrieve our belongings. They both called the airlines and helped us communicate. Lilly also helped us find information to rebook our flights, as well as made sure we could continue to stay in the same room we originally booked for one night. This was so welcome as we have been very stressed but thanks to their kindness and compassion we felt much more at ease. The customer service here really makes this hotel special. They are patient and never made us feel like burdens with all of the complications of our trip. Everyone also speaks excellent english! Again, highly recommend this hotel as the staff is exceptional. Thank you!

Very thoughtfully created serviced apartments. It has all the amenities required for cooking, washing, general stay. It was like well prepared home . A bit away form city centre around 6 km but with Grab app commute was very easy. We booked local tours from here with Mr. Jackie Long . He was always available on phone during the tour for any assistance required from pickup till drop. We really appreciate his service.

Hiep is very helpful, service oriented. Love the warmth and help to get our luggages to the car for airport. Well deserved and appreciated. Room condition can be improved. May want review the things provided are clean, eg comforter is stained.

Thanks Kylie for helping out with the simple bdae deco. Jackie long is very friendly and service oriented He help us for check in and check out and even help to look for our grab car. lily and hanna is also nice when we ask for things over the counter. The room was ok but abit disappointed as the blanklet was stained inside and toilet shower curtain is dirty where dried up n when i touches it it sticks on my hand.
